3. Customer Information

Customers must provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Vrozart Finance may verify the information provided and may discontinue applications containing incorrect, incomplete or fraudulent information.

4. CAM & Credit Assessment

Vrozart Finance may prepare a Credit Appraisal Memorandum (CAM) based on the information provided by the customer. Any assessment or CAM score is indicative only and does not constitute a loan sanction or guarantee.

5. Data & Documents

Customer information and documents may be shared with relevant Lending Partners and authorised service providers for legitimate purposes related to the loan application, subject to applicable consent and laws. Reasonable security measures are used to protect customer information.

6. Fees & Charges

Any applicable Vrozart Finance service or facilitation fees will be communicated to the customer in advance. Bank/NBFC charges, interest rates and other loan terms are determined by the respective Lending Partner.

7. Technology & AI

Vrozart Finance may use technology, automation and AI for document processing, analysis, verification and customer support. Such technology supports the process and does not replace the Lending Partner’s final credit decision.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to applicable jurisdiction.
